Lipper Methodology: The currency for the calculation corresponds to the currency of the country for which the awards are calculated and relies on monthly data. Classification averages are calculated with all eligible share classes for each eligible classification. The calculation periods extend over 36, 60 and 120 months. The highest Lipper Leader® for Consistent Return (Effective Return) value within each eligible classification determines the fund classification winner over three, five or 10 years. Once a year, the analysts at Scope Analysis view their work and determine the most outstanding achievements in the field of asset management and the most convincing fund concepts in order to honor them with the Scope Award. The award is based both on quantitative criteria (Scope Rating Score and performance over the last 12 months), applied to all the funds in the category, and on a qualitative analysis of the company (organisation, employees, working environment) and finally, its investment process (design, implementation).

Two assessment levels:
